We want every homeowner who reaches Relativefacing Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Relativefacing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Oklahoma.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
